Welcome to the Primarily Digital Official Communications – Info on 13.4.2026 at 13:00.

This information session will provide an overview of Suomi.fi Messages and the transition to primarily digital official communications. The session will cover the basics: what is happening, why, and how to return to paper mail if needed. Due to the large number of participants, questions can only be submitted in text form.

The introduction will last about 30 minutes, followed by time for questions. You will find instructions in this message on how to submit questions via the Menti service. The session will end no later than 15:00.

The session will be held in English. The session will be recorded, and a link to the recording will be sent within two weeks after the event.
