Please note that this registration form is intended only for participants whose conference participation is paid by the University of Turku. Please provide on the form the necessary details for internal invoicing (faculty, department, cost centre/project/internal order and possible additional info). The student fee applies to master's and doctoral students.
Please note that your name, organisation and country will be printed on your conference name badge in the form provided here.

A list of the conference participants will be compiled for the interest of all participants, and to be able to inform you of the future Nordic Adult Education conferences.
Please note also that photographs may be taken at the conference and can be used in the event's communication.

By registering, you accept the cancellation policy. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to events@certia.fi before 6 April 2026. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.

Invoicing information for the registration fee / University of Turku
For invoicing purposes, please indicate which faculty and department of the University of Turku will pay your registration fee. Please also provide cost unit, project number or internal order for reference.
Methods of payment
On the next page you can choose your method of payment (if you have payments).
Payment options:
1) Credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
On the next page choose the credit card, click pay, and you will be forwarded to the payment service*. You will receive a payment receipt by email.
2) Online bank payment (for Finnish/Scandinavian banks only).
On the next page choose your bank, click pay, and you will be forwarded to the payment service*. You will receive a payment receipt by email.
3) Mobile payment (MobilePay/Google pay/Apple pay, for Finnish banks only).
On the next page choose the mobile, click pay, and you will be forwarded to the payment service*. You will receive a payment receipt by email.
4) PDF invoice (payment with bank transfer).
A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail after you have submitted your registration. In case you are not paying the invoice yourself, please forward it to the right person. Terms of payment: 14 days net.
5) E-invoice (Verkkolasku, for Finnish organisations only).
An e-invoice will be sent to the given e-invoicing address. Terms of payment: 14 days net.
The registration fees are invoiced by Certia Oy on behalf of the local organiser University of Turku.
* Paytrail Plc (VAT FI21228397) acts as a collecting payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the event organizer. In case of reclamations, please contact the event organizer.
