Registration

The registration fees include attendance in the scientific programme, as well as the coffee and lunch as marked in the programme. Tickets for the Conference dinner on 7 May are sold separately. 
 
Early bird fees are valid until 6 March 2026 after which regular fees apply. The student fee applies to master’s and doctoral students/PhD researchers.

The registration fees are free of VAT, except for Conference dinner tickets (incl. VAT 25.5%).
