Registration
This registration form is used for the following registration types:
- Main conference (5-7 October)
- Pre-conference events Tutorials, Workshops, and Doctoral Consortium (3-4 October and 7 October)
- Industry day only (7 October)

If you wish to attend
only the pre-conference events (tutorials, workshops, doctoral consortium), please select “Pre-conference events ONLY” as your participant type.
Early bird fees are valid until 14 August 2026 after which regular fees apply until 11 September 2026 after which the late fees apply. The student fee applies to undergraduate and PhD students and requires proof of student status to be attached.
The registration fees are free of VAT, except for Social programme events (incl. VAT 25.5%).
If the University of Vaasa covers your participation (e.g., you are a staff member or project partner), please select the “University of Vaasa participant” participant type. Invoicing details will be requested in the form.
Organising committee members and student volunteers will receive a separate registration link.
