Implementing SAFe with SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
The Implementing SAFe with SAFe Program Consultant program is for internal agile change agents and external consultants. It provides the tools to implement agile programs and validates their knowledge in agile programs, program portfolio management, agile architecture, and leadership so that they can launch Agile Release Trains as part of an enterprise Lean-Agile change initiative.
Online training schedule
The training will be organized online and we'll have totally 6 training days as follows:
Week 10
- Starting day 1: Monday, March 8th
- 3,5h session at 13:00 - 16:30
- Training day 2: Tuesday, March 9th
- 3h training session at 9:00 - 12:00
- 1h lunch break
- 3,5h training session 13:00 - 16:30
- Training day 3: Wednesday, March 10th
- 3h training session at 9-12
- 1h lunch break
- 3,5h training session 13:00 - 16:30
Week 11
- Training day 4: Monday, March 15th
- 3h training session at 9-12
- 1h lunch break
- 3,5h training session 13:00 - 16:30
- Training day 5: Tuesday, Match 16th
- 3h training session at 9-12
- 1h lunch break

- Training day 6: Wednesday, March 17th

Timing follows Eastern European Time Zone.
Price and payment
- Early Bird, 2795 € (+VAT) per person. Enroll at least one month before the course starts.
- Normal, 2995 € (+VAT) per person.
- Paymet only by invoice.
