This forum builds on the September 2, 2025, discussion at the Finland-Lithuania Defence Industry and Science Forum and will be followed by another high-level event in Lithuania this May on comprehensive security topics.

- 19.00-20.00 – Contemporary Dance Performance “KATARIINA: THE QUEEN WHO UNITED THE BALTIC SHORES”
In 2026, we are commemorating the 500th anniversary of the birth of Katariina Jagellonica (1526–1583). To mark this occasion, a unique artistic project has been created – the dance performance “KATARIINA: THE QUEEN WHO UNITED THE BALTIC SHORES” which, through movement, music, and visual language, brings to life the legacy of one of the most prominent historical figures of the Baltic region.
Katariina's story is a living bridge between Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden, connecting cultures and the shores of the Baltic Sea. “KATARIINA: THE QUEEN WHO UNITED THE BALTIC SHORES” is more than a performance: it is a story told through movement about a woman’s role in power, diplomacy, identity, and cultural connection – issues that remain relevant today.
The performance will be followed by a glass of wine.
