Midnight Sun Workshop is Finland's largest single sales event for the summer product and the event brings together international buyers and domestic service providers. The event is organized together with Visit Finland, Finnair and this year's host cities, Helsinki and Espoo (Helsinki Partners and Visit Espoo).
Participation fees
- 2950 € + VAT per company, which includes one representative and one meeting calendar.
- An additional representative from the same company costs 350 € + VAT
- Two companies can share a table for 3450 € + VAT (1725 € + VAT / company) which includes a representative from both companies, but only one meeting calendar.
The fee includes:
- Possibility to schedule meetings from approx. 100 international quality buyers from various markets around the world
- 10.6. Get-together Event, buffet and drinks included
- 11.6. Table at Midnight Sun Workshop, meeting calendar, lunch, coffee
- 11.6. Dinner & Party Like a Finn at Kalastajatorppa. Everyone will be provided with a Marimekko T-shirt.
