We are pleased to invite you to an international pre-event Leading International Teams organised in connection with the Region A Conference Lumous. A perfect start of the conference weekend in Helsinki!

How do you build trust, alignment, and performance across cultures and borders? The event brings together professionals interested in leading and working with international teams. The programme includes short keynote speeches, a panel discussion, and facilitated discussions with participants, offering practical insights and the opportunity to exchange experiences. Leading international teams is no longer a “nice to have” skill — it’s essential. The event is held in English.
