REGISTRATION PACKAGES

Registration packages include: Friday to Sunday program, Friday's welcome party with meals, Saturday lunch and afternoon coffees, and the gala dinner with transportation. The gala wine package can be purchased separately upon registration.
Day registration (70€) includes Saturday's program, lunch and afternoon coffee. The welcome party (60€) includes admission to the Friday's welcome party and meals. The gala (145€) includes a three-course dinner and coffee/tea, and a wine package (20-25€) includes two 16cl pours.
Registration packages are on sale while supplies last, but only until the stated date.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
The participation fee will be invoiced automatically after registration. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided and the invoice has a 14-day payment period unless otherwise advertised in advance. By registering for the event, you agree to pay the invoice in accordance with the payment terms. If the invoice has not been paid by the due date, the registration will be canceled - so please make sure to pay the invoice on time with a reference!
If participation is canceled by October 20th 2026 at the latest, 100% of the fees will be refunded. If participation is canceled between October 21st and December 31st 2026, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellations made on or after January 1st 2027, the fee will not be refunded.
Changes can be made until Monday March 22nd 2027. We charge a 20 € processing fee for all changes (including cancellations) made through the conference organizer. The change request is made by purchasing the change request product via https://holvi.com/shop/jcilahti/.
The event will follow the JCI Code. The event will be photographed and photos may be published on JCI marketing channels and social media. Please inform the photographer if you do not want to appear in the photos.
