Welcome to the 12th Lean Mangement conference. The conference will be held in Espoo, near Helsinki.
The Lean Management 2024 conference is a unique opportunity to see and hear Lean colleagues face-to-face.
Keynote speaker: Michael Althoff, Yellotools, Windeck, Germany
https://www.michael-althoff.com/en/
Michael is an entrepreneur and practical Lean practitioner in his own company Yellotools.
Michael is one of the pioneers of the LEAN transformation. During more than 30 years of self-employment, he has encountered obstacles and organizational problems that prevented or slowed down growth. He found his solution in LEAN management and "translated" its often incomprehensible technical terms and concepts into easily understood "do-it-yourself" solutions in a step-by-step approach. In this conference he will share his experiences and lessons learned from his Lean journey.
