Special dietary requirements will be accommodated according to advance orders. Further information about allergens is available from our customer service or on-site staff.
We kindly ask you to place your order by the date above and confirm the final number of attendees one week prior to the event.

7–9 days before the event: 25% of the total order value will be charged
1–6 days before the event: 75% of the total order value will be charged

We reserve the right to make changes to products and prices. Prices are valid until further notice and include VAT (13,5% or 24%).
Alcoholic beverages will be charged based on opened packages and bottles. Soft drinks, food items, and additional services will be invoiced according to the order.
Please provide your company’s billing details when placing the order. Our invoicing fee is €20 per invoice.

ALCOHOL SERVICE TERMS
Please note that Finnresta has the alcohol licence in the entire Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center area, so bringing your own alcoholic beverages or consuming them in the exhibition area is not allowed according to Finnish alcohol legislation.
According to the instructions of the liquor authorities, we will confiscate all alcoholic beverages you own and they can be picked up after the event at Finnresta's customer service desk.
