K-Startup Day connects Korean tech startups with European investors and business leaders.
Now in its fourth year, the event opens Slush week by bringing 30+ Korean startups to Helsinki, with a focus on construction and infrastructure, smart cities, mobility, energy, defence, and AI.
In the evening, ten pre-selected startups pitch live to a jury of Finnish investors and corporate leaders. Seung-Goo Kim, co-founder of Baestyle, shares how he built a €17M K-beauty business and expanded across Europe.
Organized by Vertical with Korean and Finnish partners including KOTRA, KISED, KAIA, Seoul Business Agency, Helsinki Partners, and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. Prizes by Moomin Arabia by Fiskars, Baestyle, and Helsinki Partners.
A photographer will be present, and photos will be used on social media.
