Participation in the exhibition includes one representative's free participation in the KNF days 2026. Participation also includes the Thursday evening party at 6 PM at the Turku Academy House.
Please also note that photographs may be taken at the event, which may be used in communications relating to the event.
Participation in catering and special diets/allergies
In order to promote sustainable values and avoid food waste, please indicate which days you plan to have lunch at the meeting venue.
By registering, you accept the cancellation policy. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to
events@certia.fi before
8 October 2026. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
Methods of payment
On the next page you can choose your method of payment.
Please do not choose the PDF invoice unless you will pay by bank transfer. For credit card payment, select the option "Credit card (Paytrail)".
Invoices: make sure to give correct invoicing address. An extra invoicing charge of 10 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed (revised due to wrong address, or otherwise modified).
Payment options:
1) Credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard).
On the next page choose the credit card, click pay, and you will be forwarded to the payment service.* You will receive a payment receipt by email.
2) Online bank payment (for Finnish/Scandinavian banks only).
On the next page choose the online bank, click pay, and you will be forwarded to the payment service.* You will receive a payment receipt by email.
3) PDF invoice (payment with bank transfer). A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail after you have submitted your registration. In case you are not paying the invoice yourself, please forward it to the right person. Terms of payment: 14 days net.
4) E-invoice (Verkkolasku, for Finnish organisations only). An e-invoice will be sent to the given e-invoicing address. Terms of payment: 14 days net.
The registration fees are invoiced by Certia Oy on behalf of the local organiser, the University of Turku.
* Paytrail Plc (FI2122839-7) acts as a collecting payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the event organiser. In case of reclamations, please contact the event organiser.
