Welcome to the 2025 Talent Pool!

The goal of the election board and candidate mentoring work is to prepare and spar the candidates for their upcoming tasks in 2026 as versatile as possible. The training uses a digital learning environment called Howspace.

 

If you're still not sure what position you're aiming for, don't worry. The first part of the training is so general that you can refine your ideas with your mentor quite easily. After filling out the form, the election board will send you a confirmation and your mentor will contact you (within about a week of sending the form).

Note, that mentoring is available in English, as well as some materials, but most materials are in Finnish, and webinars will be conducted in Finnish.
