Cancellation policy

By registering you accept the cancellation policy.

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to events@certia.fi.

If a confirmed participation is cancelled by 11 October 2025, we will deduct EUR 50 from the refund as office expenses. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 11 October 2025. Participation may be transferred free of charge to another participant.

If the organisers of the congress cancel the event completely or if the event cannot be organised for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fees will be refunded in full. The liability of the congress organiser is limited to the amount of the refund.
