International meetings industry exhibition will be organized 19th – 21st of May 2026 in Frankfurt. 

Please note that the size of the stand and number of participants is limited. 
Due to limited stand space and participant capacity, we can accommodate only one representative per company at the stand during the show. 
We reserve the right to select the partners to guarantee a balanced representation of suppliers for business events in Finland. 

IMPORTANT! Registration is open until 4th of February 2026, after which Visit Finland will make the partner selection. According to the Visit Finland terms and conditions for sales event, the registration is binding. The following is considered in the partner selection:

  • That the product offering is versatile and meets the market demand.

  • That the participating company/destination has a sufficient capacity and/or growth vision for international sales.

Travel and accommodation are not included in the fee. 
 
* SME companies' definition:
-with fewer than 250 paid employees
-annual turnover is either not more than EUR 50 million or balance sheet total is not more than EUR 43 million
