1. Customer and Billing Management & AI Self-Service
The Customer & Billing Management breakout track session provides the opportunity to explore how Hansen CIS leverages AI-powered self-service to transform utility customer experiences and drive operational efficiency. In addition, it provides an overview to the Hansen CIS roadmap and the latest developments as well as future insights of the market.

2. Meter Data Management
The Meter Data Management breakout track sessions give the participants an overview of the Hansen MDM roadmap and the latest developments. Come to learn what the more frequent delivery of meter readings means for MDM and what we have recently delivered across Europe. The last session provides an opportunity to connect and interact with other users of Hansen MDM, discuss topics of the day, and ask top-of-mind questions.

3. Trading and Energy Data Management
Trading and Energy Data Management breakout track targets Hansen Trade and Hansen EDM, and topics around short term physical power trading. The sessions will include detailed presentations about Hansen Trade and Hansen EDM utilization in trading operations, and third-party market analyst presentations.
