Futures of Food returns for its second edition as an official Slush 2025 side event, bringing a high-energy Demo Day with 20 agrifood startups from the two EIT Food Accelerator Network (FAN)'s hubs.

The event highlights two critical innovation themes shaping the future of food: climate-resilient agriculture (Warsaw Hub) and circular food systems (Helsinki Hub).

Over the course of one afternoon, you’ll hear 20 live pitches from startups working on:

  • regenerative farming, bioinputs, and AI-driven precision agriculture

  • upcycled ingredients, waste valorisation, and bioprocess optimisation
