3900 e + VAT / company / 1 participant 
An additional representative from the same company costs 400 € + VAT

2400 e + vat / shared table, one representative from both companies

 

Price excludes the flight- and accommodation costs.

IMPORTANT! Pre-registration is open until 30.9.2025, after which Visit Finland will make the partner selection. The following is considered in the partner selection: 

  • That the product offering is versatile and meets the market demand. 
  • The balance of continuity and renewal in the sales events, so that Visit Finland sales events and Finland’s travel product offering remain appealing for the buyers also in the long run. 
  • Visit Finland’s strategic objectives, such as sustainable growth, as well as market specific objectives are met in the sales events.
  • That the participating company/destination has a sufficient capacity and/or growth vision for international sales.
