Welcome to the webinar organised for Finnair Plus Gold, Platinum and Platinum Lumo members on Friday, 31 October 2025, from 13:00 to 13:45 (Finnish time, UTC+2).

We felt it might be helpful to host a webinar to guide you through how the upgrade system and waitlist work, and how to make the most of your benefits. We also plan to address the most frequently asked questions about award flights, a topic many of our customers have expressed interest in. The webinar will be held in English.

To make the webinar as relevant as possible for you, please send your questions regarding upgrades, and award flights in advance, by 28 September 2025.
