Cancellation Policy
 
Registration for both the conference sessions and the evening program is binding. Cancellations or changes to the registration must be made by August 31st via the link found in the personal email registration confirmation. After this date, cancellations and changes (for valid reasons) must be made via email to fes@lappeenranta.fi.

For no-shows without prior notice, the following fees will be charged:

  • Conference sessions: €50
  • Evening program: €50
Privacy policy

Only the details (e.g. contact information) that are necessary for organising the event are collected on persons who register. Information about special diets and allergies is requested for organising meals. The information can only be accessed by the event organiser. The stored customer details are erased as soon as possible once they are no longer needed for the event or any follow-up measures. If the event is part of an international or national project, the storage period is determined by the financing authority. The number of participants is the only detail stored for statistical purposes.
