The registration fee includes coffee breaks between sessions, snacks and drinks during poster sessions and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Tickets to conference dinner on Wednesday 3 June are sold separately (10 EUR).

The registration fees are free of VAT, except for Conference dinner tickets (incl. VAT 25.5%).

 

Industry rate is for employees from corporate for-profit organizations.
Academic rate is available for researchers from academic and other non-profit institutions.
Student rate applies to undergraduate, master or PhD students with a valid student ID.

If University of Turku pays for your participation (you are a staff member, project partner or similar), please choose "UTU Internal" participant type (invoicing information is requested on the form).
