Payments and Payment Options
All payments must be made according to the payment option you select on the registration form. Kokouspiste Oy handles the invoicing and processing of participation fees and manages the registration on behalf of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.
At the end of the registration process, you can choose to receive your invoice either via email or as an e-invoice (only in Finland) or pay directly with credit card. The PDF invoice will be provided as a link in the email, from which you can download the invoice. E-invoices are sent automatically to the e-invoicing address provided. Payment terms for invoices is 14 days. Credit card payments are handled via Paytrail. You will be redirected to their site to complete the payment.
After selecting the payment method, you can enter billing information and include a reference on the invoice, for example, a PO number.
Confirmation of Participation
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration. Occasionally, the email may end up in your spam folder.
