Registration Fees, Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Early Bird Registration (until 31.1.2027) 495€
• Normal rate Registration (from 1.2.2027 ) 530€
• Local participant, no accommodation 325€
• One day participant 150€
• Attending fee for spouses, accommodation in a same room  including expeditions 395€

Institutional membership fee 25€

Invoices will be sent to registered participants from January 2027 onwards, with a two-week payment term.

The registration fee includes accommodation at Tievatupa, conference programme, meals during the conference and the excursion to Siida, including bus transportation.

Travel to and from Rovaniemi or Saariselkä is not included.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, the following conditions apply:

• Until 12 July 2027: Full refund of the participation fee.
• 13–25 July 2027: 50% refund of the participation fee.
• From 26 July 2027 onwards: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to the conference organisers: info@ecicnetwork.org.  

If you are unable to attend, please contact the organisers about the possibility of transferring your registration to another participant. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers, all registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
