- understand what RCHIS is and how it works
- be equipped with sufficient information to guide colleagues in using RCHIS
- be able to provide day to day support in using RCHIS on the field
Timing and Venue
The training will start on Thursday 05.03.26 at 10.00 am and finish on Sunday 08.03.2026 latest at 2 pm. Please note that active participation and full attendance is expected from all training participants throughout the training.
The training will take place at Finnish Red Cross Training Center in Nynäs, Heinola (Karjalantie 55). Accommodation will be organised in shared rooms in Nynäs.
Participation Fee
The course participation fee is 60 €. Finnish Red Cross members may deduct 20 € from the fee. The participation fee will contribute to covering the training materials, accommodation and meals.
You will be requested to pay the fee if you are accepted to the training. In case you wish to cancel your participation in the training later than five working days before the start of the training, we will consider your participation fee as a contribution to Finnish Red Cross International Aid.
Applications
The training is open for applications until Sunday 01.02.2026. Please make sure your REST profile is up to date (including CV in English). The training applicants will be informed of the selection results by Sunday 01.02.2026.
