The participation fee(s) is/are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card. A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate, the invoice can't be changed afterwards.
NB! TAU Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU Staff Member (internal transfer).
For cancellations received by 2 October 2022, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Dinner fees are not refundable separately. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. An existing registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
