Large company over EUR 50M: 4 representatives
Group over EUR 50M: 4 representatives + 1 per subsidiary

Service providers
Service provider under EUR 50M: 1 representative
Service provider over EUR 50M: 2 representatives

Product startups
Startup under EUR 5M: 1 representative

Public sector
2 representatives

Please note that local events will only be organized if a sufficient number of participants is reached. If the minimum number of participants is not met, alternative arrangements may be necessary, and we will contact those who have selected this option.

You can join the event in three ways:
• In person at the main event in Helsinki
• At local satellite events across Finland
• Fully online

We recommend attending in person to get the most out of networking.

The main event in Helsinki includes:
• Networking lunch
• Keynote speeches from  Finnish AI leaders
• Practical focus groups and workshops
 

Satellite events include:
• Local networking lunch
• Keynotes via livestream
• Local workshops based on participants’ interests

Remote participation includes:
• Keynote speeches via livestream
• An online focus group session
