Accommodation information

Conference participants will stay at Lapland Hotels Oulu, located in the city centre next to Oulu Cathedral and beautiful Ainola Park.

The recently expanded hotel offers stylish Lapland-inspired rooms, relaxing sauna and pool facilities, and a highly-praised breakfast featuring award-winning northern flavours.

Culture Next covers the following nights:

Culture Next Full Member Cities: 2 nights (October 7-9) in a single room for 2 representatives of each city
SDG Thing workshop participants: 1 night (October 6-7) in a single room for 1 person/city (only applicable to CN members who are part of this project)
Culture Next Management & Executive team, PATF members, speakers, guests, consultants & partners, media partners - all nights

Full Members may stay at Lapland Hotels Oulu for additional nights with a special single room price of 126€/night. Price includes breakfast. Please inform us the additional nights and we will inform them to the hotel. You can pay for the additional nights on arrival at the hotel.

Observing Members and non-members that are coming for the first time to the conference can choose your own accommodation. You can stay at the conference hotel with the special single room price of 126€/night. The price for a double room is about 148€/night (TBC). Prices include breakfast. Oulu team will inform the hotel on your stay and you can pay for the additional nights on arrival at the hotel.

Accommodation information and requests at the conference hotel for all participants will be centralised by the Oulu team.

Conference fee

Non-member cities have to pay a conference fee of 300 € / person.

Culture Next observing member cities do not have to pay the conference fee.

Culture Next full member cities do not have to pay the conference fee. If they bring a third or more people, they need to pay a conference fee of 300 € / person.

The participation fee will be paid directly to the host city and the local team will send the invoice to the provided billing address after the conference.
