to join our Product team at Lyyti
 
 
We’re hiring a Scrum Master / Agile Coach for our growing Product team in Finland. If you’re interested in SaaS/cloud products and have experience with agile methodologies, scrum mastering and/or coaching, this is the role for you!
 
We seek to do our product development by applying industry best practices and started to use Scrum last year. We want to go deeper than just the events and practices and need someone who can focus on the Scrum Master role and coach us to be more effective in our daily collaboration.
 
Our Product team is 25+ people and currently we operate in two teams and in a few smaller groups. Our team consists of product managers, designers, developers, QA engineers and DevOps engineers. The traditional line management model has been tossed aside and replaced with a people coach model that supports wellbeing and career development.
 
The role
The daily work includes the tasks of Scrum Master in two teams. This includes facilitating the teams, helping the teams in their day-to-day and working with Product Owners on backlog management practices. We seek that with coaching, the teams will become more autonomous and empowered. 
 
The role also includes the ownership of the Scrum process in the company and how Scrum is integrated into other key processes like UX design, QA processes and release management.
 
The agile coaching side can also include helping the full company to work more efficiently together, depending on the expertise and willingness of the chosen individual in this position.
 
In this role, you will be reporting to the CTO.

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in Scrum Master roles and is passionate about agile and continuous improvement. You should be people-oriented and eager to help others be better in their daily work. You should take initiative, support growth and build trust in the teams.

We have an international team and use English as the company language. We work location independently, although many of us are located in the Turku region.

*If we hire a new employee to work 100% remotely, Lyyti will pay travel expenses (not daily allowances) to the office as per agreement. This way, we support the possibility to work and interact with the team and other colleagues.
