Stand in your power: Be confident anywhere!

In this centre stage talk Julia will look at the psychology of how we are perceived and techniques to help you remain confident and impactful when you’re feeling exposed or judged.

Julia will share with you some of the awareness and craft of the Theatre, including a magic ingredient used by professional actors to overcome nerves and perform to a professional level night after night.

These are things that you can use in the way you communicate at work and in your everyday life to ‘take up your space’ and appear real and natural, whatever situation you’re in and whomever you’re talking to. To be ‘more of yourself – with skill.’ This is invaluable for pitching ideas and initiatives to colleagues and clients, and for getting the best possible result out of any interaction.

Speaker: Julia Goodman, Performance Coach, Author & Speaker, CEO Personal Presentation Ltd. Transform your communication skills. Click here to learn more!

Future of Aviation
Aviation is about to change, again. After a long period of relying on essentially one means of propulsion and one source of energy, and although we have seen a fantastic reduction of fuel consumption, time has come to reinvent aviation. The change is necessary for many reasons, to achieve more efficiency and reduce emissions, but has also the potential to introduce more connectivity both regionally and globally.

This panel will explore the Future of Aviation: biofuel, electric and hybrid aircrafts, automation & AI, new air traffic control systems, and further solutions to get us into the third era of flight. The environmental concerns and discussions put pressure on the industry to change and adapt: what is being done and where does the industry see itself in a longer perspective.

The panel “Future of aviation” will inspire us to speed up the process of getting there, while at the same time not losing the connectivity we need and desire. And it will raise the important question: how can we help?
