Your LinkedIn profile is often the first (and sometimes only) impression you make in today’s professional world. The Headline and About sections stand out as the two most important and visible elements. This session will dive into the depths of these two, with insights into how these affect your foundability, if or why your profile is being opened, and enabling the About section to become a driver for contacts, business or job opportunities.
The Headline section is your profile’s most prominent real estate, appearing in search results, feeds, and connection requests. You’ll learn why moving beyond the default job title and company format matters, how to strategically incorporate searchable keywords, and which proven structures consistently drive higher visibility, more profile views, and better click rates. The About section is your space to tell your story authentically, starting with a compelling hook in the first few visible lines, and showcasing key achievements and value.

What is Optimum?
Optimum is a collaboration project between eight Akava unions. It is especially aimed at highly educated professionals in Northern Finland, university and higher education students close to graduation, as well as entrepreneurs and recruiting organizations in the region. Some of the webinars are open to participants from anywhere in Finland. Registration for the events takes place directly through the Optimum project website.
