Anu Rautanen is a teal & lean coach and a co-founder of Prominda Revolution Oy (www.prominda.com) and Teal Suomi (www.tealsuomi.fi). Her background is in education and behavioral science with long experience in hands-on management. She has a strong experience in transforming organizations into modern, soulful and self-organizing communities with happy and passionate people. A lovely case example of her work is Helsinki Central Library Oodi (https://prominda.com/oodi-uudelle-organisaatiokasitykselle/ ), where the decision making of 54 people personnel is done without management. Anu has also guided numerous leaders and change-makers in Prominda Teal Bootcamps, running since 2016. She has also been coaching Fraktio in its transformation journey for several years. Johanna is a company culture designer and interim HR director at Leidenschaft<https://leidenschaft.fi/>, the first company culture design company in Finland. She works with companies first researching & helping the leadership and the whole team to understand the current culture. Then together with the company she works on the target culture, identifies, ideates and produces new strategic ways to lead and support the culture.
She’s worked in different industries, but mostly in the IT and design sector. During past years e.g. Fraktio, Solita and Mirum.
