Anu Rautanen is a teal & lean coach and a co-founder of Prominda Revolution Oy (www.prominda.com) and Teal Suomi (www.tealsuomi.fi). Her background is in education and behavioral science with long experience in hands-on management. She has a strong experience in transforming organizations into modern, soulful and self-organizing communities with happy and passionate people. Anu has also guided numerous leaders and change-makers in Prominda Teal Bootcamps, running since 2016. She has also been coaching Fraktio in its transformation journey for several years.
