The EAPR Pathology and Pests Section Meeting

‘Facing Persistent and Emerging Threats in an Uncertain Climate’

We are pleased to announce that the EAPR Pathology and Pests Section Meeting ‘Facing persistent and emerging threats in an uncertain climate’ will be held in Oulu, Finland, hosted by the colleagues from Luke (Natural Resources Institute Finland) in the week of 5–8 July 2026. The conference will also include a wireworm workshop on Sunday, 5 July.

The conference program will cover a broad range of topics related to potato diseases and pests such as ‘Late blight, Soil-borne Diseases, Bacterial Diseases, Nematodes and other Pests, Soil Microbes and Disease Resilience, Biological Control and Pest Management’.

The EAPR Pathology and Pests Section meeting will be arranged at the Nordic Art Hotel Lasaretti in Oulu. Oulu is the European Capital of Culture in 2026.
