to join our Product team!

We’re hiring an Agile Coach / Scrum Master to our growing Product team in Finland. If you’re interested in SaaS/cloud products and have experience with agile methodologies, scrum mastering and/or coaching, you could be the one we’re looking for!
 
The number of individuals contributing to product development has grown and now it's time for us to strengthen our ways of working. We seek to do our product development by applying industry best practices and have adopted Scrum. We want to go deeper than just the ceremonies and practices and need someone who can coach us and our teams to be more effective in our daily collaboration.
 
Our Product team is 25+ people and currently we operate in two Scrum teams and in a few smaller groups. Our team consists of product managers, designers, developers, QA engineers and DevOps engineers.
 
The role
The daily work includes the tasks of Scrum Master in two teams. This includes facilitating the teams, guiding Product Owners to do effective backlog management, and helping the teams to resolve issues. Coaching will enable the teams to become more autonomous and empowered. 
 
The role also includes the ownership of the Scrum process in the company and how Scrum is integrated into other key processes like UX design, QA processes and release management.
 
The agile coaching side can also include helping the full company to work more efficiently together, depending on the expertise and willingness of the chosen individual in this position.
 
In this role you will be reporting to the CTO.
 
We’re looking for
Individuals who have previous experience from Scrum Master roles and are passionate about agile and continuous improvement. You should be people-oriented and eager to help others be better in their daily work. You should take initiative, support growth and build trust in the teams.
 
A positive view on life in general, a pragmatic can-do attitude and the ability to identify key issues and prioritise their resolution. Commitment and willingness to take ownership and responsibility, while still keeping the teams and their individuals in the front, are things that make you succeed in the job. Servant leadership they call it.
 
Strong English language skills are a must as our team is multi-national. The team is partially working remotely, why it is important that you are able to collaborate with colleagues online as well as in person. Most of the team is located in the company headquarters in Turku, Finland.
