Check-in to the hotel from 15.00 and check-out latest 12.00. Hotel needs to know the arrival time of the group beforehand. The reception is open from 7.00 to 00.30.

How to book:
- Everyone books ther own rooms at the hotel’s website www.rantapuisto.fi
- We require credit card number and expiry date to guarantee the booking
- Bookings must be made by latest 08.10.2019. The offered rate will not be valid after this date, and any possible remaining bookings will be made with the day’s rate.
- Please insert booking code LUKE into the group attendee code -field when making a booking
Travel from the Helsinki airport to the city centre:
From the airport to the city centre you can take either train "I" or "P" (about 25min, 5,50€), bus number 615 (about 45min, 5,50€), Finnair city bus (about 30min, 6,30€) or taxi (about 20 min, 45€).
Please note that it is not possible to buy a ticket on the train but you need to buy it in advance from a ticket machine (by the entrance of the train station or at the platform), Alepa shop (T2 Arrivals Hall 2B), R-Kioski shop (T2 Arrivals Hall 2A) or Tourist information (T2 Arrivals Hall 2A). The bus ticket you can buy from the bus driver.

Travel from the city centre to Hotel Rantapuisto
Please note that it is not possible to buy a ticket (2,90€) on the tram but you need to buy it in advance from a ticket machines, many kiosks and stores.

There is the Metro connection from Helsinki center to the Rastila metro station, from where connection by bus toward Ramsinniemi leaves approximately every ten to fifteen minutes (bus no. 560). Exit stop Ramsinniementie (4557) is at the intersection of Meri-Rastilantie and Ramsinniementie roads, from where one walks approximately 600 m along Ramsinniementie road to Hotel Rantapuisto. In addition, during weekdays (Mon-Fri), service line 816 runs from Vuosaari metro station to Rantapuisto starting at 07:00 and ending 18:03. The first shift from hotel to metro station departs at 6:50 and last shift of the service line returns to the metro station in the afternoon at 18:20.
